Tracks other public accounts · #2 of 8 in our ranking
Snoopreport review
Verdict
Snoopreport is a long-running web service that sends weekly or monthly reports on what public Instagram accounts like and follow, without asking for your login. Plans start at $4.99 a month, but it says it catches only about 5% to 75% of actions, reports aren’t real time, and payments aren’t refundable.
Good for: A cheap weekly summary of a public account’s likes, follows and unfollows.
Skip it if: Anyone who wants instant alerts, a complete record, private accounts or a refund if it disappoints.

What Snoopreport does
Snoopreport watches public Instagram accounts you choose and collects what they do: likes on photos and reels, follows and unfollows, when they’re most active and what they seem interested in. Results come as weekly or monthly reports in a web dashboard at app.snoopreport.com, and the FAQ says you can get them as .csv files. An optional AI Summary adds an interest profile, a “psychological profile”, location, education, conversation starters and gift ideas.
Monitoring starts once you buy a plan and runs in the cloud while you’re logged out. An iPhone app, “Snoopreport Instagram Activity”, came out in June 2026, and a new report lands in it each week with older ones kept in history. We found no Android app. Snoopreport has a page titled “Instagram story viewer”, but it pitches activity reports instead of offering a story viewer.
It claims “500,000+ users since 2017”, which we couldn’t verify, though its sample celebrity reports do go back to 2017.
Do you have to log in?
No. The FAQ says you only enter the usernames you want to track, and the App Store listing says you “will never be asked to enter your Instagram username or password”. With your own account never connected, we found no reports of logouts or locks. The FAQ says the person you track isn’t notified, and it only works on public accounts.
How much does it catch?
Snoopreport is upfront about its limits. Its FAQ says the likes and follows in a report are “100 % accurate”, but that it doesn’t promise to catch them all. You’ll see “about 5%-75% of actions” performed by a public account. The App Store listing says the same thing in plainer words: reports come once a week, it isn’t real time, and it catches most public likes but not every one.
That range is wide: a report may cover most of what an account did or a small slice of it. The FAQ says it uses “publicly available data as well as big data” and doesn’t explain further.
Price and refunds
All plans are monthly and renew automatically. Personal covers 2 accounts for $4.99 a month, or $6.99 with AI Summary. Small business covers 10 accounts for $14.99, or $19.99 with AI Summary. Professional covers 100 accounts for $44.99, or $69.99 with AI Summary. The homepage headline says “Just $0.99 a week”. The pricing page says “No long term contracts, cancel anytime”.
There’s no free plan. Asked about a trial, the FAQ points to sample celebrity reports, though the terms say free trials “may” be offered. Refunds are the main catch: the terms say plans are billed at the start of each period and payment is non-refundable, and the FAQ says remaining time isn’t refunded either. You can cancel under Dashboard > Settings > Discontinue subscription.
Company, ratings and reviews
Snoopreport is run by Smart Data Solutions LLC, which lists a street address in Laguna Niguel, California, and a support phone number. Its privacy policy was last updated in January 2026.
Outside feedback is thin. The iPhone app has about 4.8 stars from roughly 24 ratings on the US App Store. Trustpilot shows only 6 reviews, one from the last 12 months, and new reviews can’t be left there. The recent reviews we could see were negative: some reviewers say their reports held little data, and others describe refund disputes and extra paywalls. Snoopreport replied publicly disputing them.
Who should use it
Snoopreport fits if you want a low-cost weekly digest of a public account’s likes and follows and can live with partial coverage. Start on the cheapest plan, since there are no refunds. If you want alerts when a follow happens, or a tool with more reviews behind it, compare the alternatives in our ranking or read our other reviews.
